Fault finding before guesswork
Air conditioning faults can come from controls, airflow, drainage, electrical components, sensors, fans, ductwork or the refrigeration circuit. A proper diagnosis helps separate a simple fault from a larger system problem.
Common problems we investigate
- No cooling or weak cooling
- No airflow or reduced airflow to certain rooms
- Unusual noise or vibration
- System not starting or shutting down unexpectedly
- Controller or zoning problems
- Water or condensate issues
- Older systems where repair-versus-replace needs to be assessed
What happens after diagnosis
Once the likely cause is identified, we explain the repair path and whether parts, additional testing or replacement should be considered. For older units, we can compare the likely repair cost against a modern replacement.
Help us prepare for the visit
Send the brand, model if visible, controller or error code, photos and a short description of what the system is doing.
